Skill Books should give unique perks instead of a skill level.
Armor crafting should be divided into styles and materials.
Styles should be inherent to races and learnable through the use of “Blueprints” or “examining” found armor.
Static-upgradeable versions should be available based on perk ranks in individual perks (Rudamentry/Unrefined -/- Fitted/Honed).
Honing/weighting and refining weapons/items should be left unchanged.
